You’ve found my website, so you’re on a mission, starting a search or just curious about me, real estate, or Porch-to-Porch, my brand of service for housing: buying, selling, managing and investing in real property.
Join me on this adventure, or more accurately, allow me to join you.  That’s what I do. Among many skills; I’m a guide, a scout.  I’m always listening and seeking out what is really needed for my clients. I have the ability to solve everyday issues, problems or challenges; I determine what has to be done and then find a variable solution to move you forward.


Most importantly to me, and the clients I represent, is the trust and confidence that my clients know they have in my real estate counsel.  I’m uniquely qualified to represent, advise and counsel you on housing, buying, selling and managing real estate assets. My 25+ years of experience, licensed by the California Department of Real Estate since 1987, background as a hotel general manager and with Wells Fargo & JP Morgan Chase Banks, provides a high degree of expertise when I consult with clients. Specifically, I work tirelessly to safeguard my clients’ financial position and help them find the home or property of their dreams.
